Each component piece features a versatile, stackable design that allows you to save valuable floor space and configure them as you see fit.
The base of each modular unit - the bookcase, the sliding door bookcase, or the reversible door cupboard - features a recessed lip so each component stacks easily and securely without sliding. Stack the bookcase on the bottom and the reversible door cupboard on top, or the other way around. If you'd rather stack two sliding door bookcases or two regular bookcases, well, this system is happy to oblige. You can even use the components by themselves to meet your storage needs and fit your available space.
The beauty of this design is a combination of form and function. These units stand freely on the floor, providing easy access for everyone, including the kids. In kids' bedrooms or playrooms, that means no more excuses for leaving books, dolls, or blocks strewn across the floor. In mudrooms or entryways, these units are perfect for organizing and storing shoes, bags, winter garb, and sports equipment, resulting in less clutter and easier comings and goings. Use the reversible door cupboard for art projects or in-house communication. The doors feature a working chalkboard on one side, and reverse is finished to match the cupboard for a more conventional look. An adjustable shelf is included with the reversible door cupboard unit.
