Description

Finally, an affordable option to build your own wall bookcase.   Choose any combination of units.  If  you are building a corner wall bookcase, the Insider corner bookcase is the starting point to be placed in the corner of your room.  The rest of the bookcases can be added to the Inside Corner Bookcase based on your storage and size needs.  Your options are only limited by your imagination.  If you are building a straight wall bookcase unit, any combination of the standard, baby or outside corner bookcases will work.  Mix bookcases, it's your option. Assembly required


Note:
The pictured configuration features the following bookcases, from left to right: Standard Bookcase, Inside Corner Bookcase, Baby Bookcase Outside Corner Bookcase.

Baby Bookcase:  13W x 9.5D x 72H inches

Inside Corner Bookcase:  25W x 16D x 72H inches; Extends 19W inches along each left and right facing wall from the corner

Outside Corner Bookcase:   13.25W x 9.5D x 72H

I needed a bookcase to fill a corner of my Living room. This fit the bill. The small baby bookcase allowed me to have access to my light switches. The inner corner unit connects the bookcases. Making the finished project pleasing to the eye and very affordable. My only con would be the black cardboard backing.Its not terrible but would have prefered one matching the Cherry color of the bookcases.

Overall, for a budget bookshelf this one is decent. I've got every shelf loaded with books and it seems to be handling the weight just fine. And it looks pretty good, not "budget". However one big complaint is the backing... it is nothing but 3 strips of flimsy cardboard that not only doesn't hold the books in place but looks really, really cheap from the front. I've seen the backing used before but it has always been a single piece. [...] The seems between each strip are fuzzy and an eyesore.

Be careful with corner shelf assembly, screws go directly into the wood on the edges. Sharp shelf though, would recommend, just don't assembly yourself.

This was fun to put together and makes wall corners practical for wall storage. It looks very nice. People think I spent more money on it than I did. Only thing I don't like is all the holes used for shelving....the outside is cherry so the shelving holes stand out. Also, I bought two corner pieces and they are not identicle....the bases are different
