Shelf Information
From top to bottom, excluding the very top of the unit and the bottom fixed shelf, shelves 1, 2, and 4 are adjustable. For added structural stability to the unit, the third shelf is not adjustable.

At 29.75 inches wide, it fit perfectly in my home's 30.50 inch wide cutout.Apparently, the standard bookcase width is 30.50 to 31 inches and I had a hard time finding a case that fit.Until I found the Saragtoga.     My last bookcase served me well - but it just didn't look good in my room. So as my last one fell apart as I doin some serious cleaning, I figured I'd look for one that looked nice that wasn't going to break the bank. This case has definitely done that. It makes my room stand out. I partly got this to surprise my mother when she came home from vacation - and let me tell you, she was impressed! Not an easy feat, I might add. The only thing I didn't like was that it took awhile - about 2 hours - to assemble. Wasn't expecting that. But it does look fantastic. I'm looking to buy a new computer desk soon - I'll definitely make sure to come back here again!
