Comments about Sonoma 6-Shelf Bookcase:

Typical laminate type bookcase. A little nicer than most in this material (it has some trim boards on the front so the seam between the shelves and sides is hidden giving it a better look). This bookcase is pretty tall (over 6 foot) so you need to anchor it to the wall at the top (I just screwed a small piece of 3/4" MDF to the top, let it extend over the top by 1" and screwed it to a stud in the wall - you can't even see it). It is in my sons bedroom and kids climb on everything. It seems pretty sturdy and holds a lot of books.
